How Long Do I Have To Return Items
We accept returns for 90 days from the date of purchase.

We do not accept returns because the part did not fix your appliance.
We do not accept returns because you ordered the wrong part. Make sure to ask one of our experts in chat before ordering if you are unsure what part you need.
We do not accept returns for any part that has been installed.
We do not accept returns for any of the above situations and failing to read the return policy before you order does not give you immunity.
What can I return?
To qualify for a refund, parts must not be damaged or show signs of installation including, marks, or scuffing. Electrical parts must not have been installed. Item must be returned in its original packaging and/or including retail box  and must include all accessories originally included with the item.
If your return is not approved due to signs of installation, is not responsible for returning the item(s) to the customer.


When will I get my refund?

Once we've received your return and it's inspected and approved your refund will be issued to the original method of payment within a few days. We will refund you the amount paid for the item(s) minus shipping fees. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your refund is processed for it to post to your account. Check with your credit card company for additional information.


You are responsible for return shipping.

You must supply your own shipping label and shipping costs. We do not refund shipping or other surcharges you may incur in returning the item(s) to us.


How Do I Start A Return

In order to file a return claim send a message to the email below including the item purchased, the amount of the purchase, your full name, address, phone number and email. This information must match the order information we have on record.
